進入夏季以來，全國進入了暴雨多發季節，對于無錫環氧地坪行業來說，也產生了非常大的影響。業內施工人士都清楚明白環氧地坪漆施工往往是受到天氣溫度(溫度對環氧地坪漆施工的影響)和空氣濕度(濕度對環氧地坪漆施工的影響)影響。下雨天氣下，空氣中水分含量多，相對濕度大，水分容易在環氧地坪漆涂裝表面凝結，形成水珠。施工環氧地坪漆時，當空氣的相對濕度度超過85%，就必須停止涂裝作業，否則地坪漆漆膜會出現發白(地坪漆表面發白的原因及應對方法)、裂紋、剝落等現象。因為油性的地坪漆與水不相溶，所以當地面結露狀況嚴重時，地坪漆涂層甚至會無法附著于地坪基面。

所以在施工地坪漆時，須注意天氣預報。如預報未來幾天會下雨，則需延遲施工，不能過分追求速度，盲目施工，以免影響地坪漆工程質量。
