環氧地坪出現于上個世紀的中后期，它的出現給人們帶來了平整亮麗、堅實耐磨的一款新興地面產品。環氧地坪漆的主要構成成份有環氧樹脂與固化劑，按它的組成材料，我們可以將它分為溶劑型和無溶劑型2種。這兩種的最大的區別就是有無有害物質的揮發。

Epoxy flooring appeared in the middle and late of last century. Its appearance has brought people a new type of floor products which are smooth, bright, solid and wear-resistant. The main components of epoxy floor paint are epoxy resin and curing agent. According to its composition material, we can divide it into solvent type and solvent-free type. The biggest difference between the two is whether there is any volatilization of harmful substances.

(一) 潔凈度要求

(1) cleanliness requirements

1、對于潔凈程度要求高的場所，宜采用自流平環氧地坪，潔凈度要求越高，自流平面層設計應越厚。

1. For places requiring high cleanliness, self-leveling floor should be adopted. The thicker the cleanliness requirement is, the thicker the design of self-leveling floor should be.

(二) 物理機械性能要求

1、環氧地坪在使用過程中有哪些車輛行走，需承受多大載荷，會承受何種程度沖擊，遭受何種程度磨損。

1. In the course of using the floor, which vehicles walk, how much load they need to bear, what degree of impact they will bear, and what degree of wear they will suffer.

(三) 耐化學品性要求

(three) chemical resistance requirements

1、在使用過程中會接觸的化學介質種類、濃度及接觸時間（短時接觸、長時間浸泡等）。

1. The type, concentration and contact time of the chemical medium (short-term contact, long-term immersion, etc.) that will be contacted in the course of use.

(四) 平整度及外觀要求

(four) evenness and appearance requirements

1、平整度取決于基材狀況、地坪涂層厚度及施工工藝；

1. Flatness depends on the condition of the substrate, the thickness of the floor coating and the construction technology.

2、設計地坪涂層越厚，越易獲得更佳的平整度；

2. The thicker the floor coating is, the better the flatness will be.

3、采用自流平中涂及面涂，更易獲得優良的平整度。

3. Self leveling middle coat and surface coating are easier to obtain good flatness.

(五) 顏色設計

(five) color design

1、顏色的選擇宜考慮各區域的功能，如綠色通道，紅色禁行通道和標志，黃色標志線等等；

1. The function of each area should be considered in the choice of color, such as green channel, red prohibited channel and sign, yellow mark line, etc.

2、高潔凈度要求的場所可選擇鮮艷的顏色（如綠色、藍色等）以便發現灰塵和及時清潔；

2. Places requiring high cleanliness can choose bright colors (such as green, blue, etc.) in order to detect dust and clean in time.
